Key Truth

Jesus taught His disciples to begin prayer with the words:

“Our Father…”

Prayer begins with relationship. You are speaking with your heavenly Father.

He welcomes your worship, your questions, your fears, your joys, and your tears.

Nothing is too small to bring before Him.

Nothing is too great for Him to handle.

Reflection

• Do your prayers sound more like conversations or speeches?
• What would it look like to speak with God more honestly?

Tell God about one concern you have been carrying alone.

Leave it in His hands.
