Confession is not informing God about something He does not know.

Confession means agreeing with God about our sin.

God does not ask us to confess so He can shame us.

He invites us to confess because He desires to forgive, cleanse, restore, and renew us.

Believers who hide their sins lose their joy.

Believers who confess their sins discover God’s restoring grace.

• Is there anything you have been hiding from God?
• What keeps you from confessing it honestly?

Prayer

Lord, search my heart. Give me the courage to confess every sin and receive Your cleansing grace. Amen.
